Boring Water District services approximately 700 customers in Boring, Oregon area. As a small water district our
mission is to provide water at the highest quality, in adequate amounts, at a reasonable cost to the Boring Water
District customers and to provide excellent customer service, thus being an asset to our community.
Whether it is maintenance, a re-build, or a new hookup, we will work with you to provide you with the best solution.
We believe that no job is too small and pride ourselves in our ability to deliver our services in a timely manner.
To participate in decisions that affect your water service, attend our board meetings that are held at the water district office on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.

Please note: Effective July 1, 2019 the base water rate will increase 2.5% per month and the late payment fee will increase to $25.00.
If you have changed your phone number recently, please either call the office or go to "Pay My Bill" and register. Once you are registered, you can update your information. Your current phone numbers are important to the District. In case of an emergency ie; water main break, high water reading or an ecoli event, the District is able to contact you immediately.

It's time to protect your water service and pipes from freezing. Check your outside hose bibs and either turn them off and drain them or insulate them. Make sure your meter box lid is on tight. When temperatures drop below freezing, let an indoor faucet trickle and leave the cabinet door below sinks open.
