Billing
The Bill Explained:

A. The billing period describes the period in which we bill for water used during those two months.
B. The due date of the bill is always the 25th of every odd month.
C. This is the account number
D. The cubic feet is the amount of water usage there was during the billing period in units of cubic feet. This could also be described as 12 units.
E. Meter Bi-Monthly describes the connection fee for being hooked up to our system, based on meter size. This person has a 5/8" meter.
F. Water usage describes the amount of water used during the billing period.
G. This is the total amount due for this billing period. The water service based on meter size and the water usage combined reflects this.
H. This is the service address, the address that is using the water.
I. This is the mailing address.
Billing Schedule
We bill on the 25th of every odd month. That means your bill is due on the 25th of January, March, May, July, September, and November.
Each bill reflects water usage for the prior two months. Head to our water rates page to see our rates and how the bills are calculated.
